Job Title: UI/UX Designer Location: Chandigarh, India Experience: 2+ years (Preferred) Job Type: Full-time Job Description: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and other designers to create engaging digital experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Figma and Illustrator. - Develop 3D assets, animations, and interactive experiences using Spline and Blender. - Enhance graphics, edit images, and create high-quality visuals using Photoshop. - Conduct user research, A/B testing, and usability testing to improve UI/UX. - Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure smooth implementation of designs. - Stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Strong proficiency in Spline, Blender, Photoshop, Figma, and Illustrator. - Experience in creating interactive 3D UI elements using Spline/Blender. - Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layouts. - Knowledge of user research, usability testing, and prototyping. - Ability to create animations and motion effects to enhance user interactions. - Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus. - Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field. - Prior experience in a tech, gaming, or digital product company is a plus. - Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (not mandatory but a bonus).
