UI/UX Designer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with strong expertise in Figma and a creative approach to designing engaging, user-friendly web portals, CRM dashboards, and digital brochures. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience translating business requirements into intuitive, visually appealing interfaces that enhance user experience and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and prototype web portals, CRM dashboards, and e-brochures using Figma (Advanced Level).
• Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive mockups for responsive web applications.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual elements and user interfaces.
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to optimize design decisions.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• 3–4 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma (Advanced prototyping, components, and autolayout).
• Strong experience in Web Portal and CRM Dashboard Design.
• Experience in E-brochure and Marketing Collateral Design.
• Good understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
