As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces while ensuring a seamless user experience. Your primary focus will be on understanding our users, their needs, and translating those into engaging designs that enhance overall usability. Key Responsibilities: User Research: Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors. Analyze and interpret data from user feedback, interviews, and surveys to inform design decisions. Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts. Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results. UI Design: Develop high-quality visual designs and graphic elements for web and mobile applications. Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and devices. UX Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user stories, user journeys, and information architecture. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems and propose effective solutions. Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather valuable insights for design improvements. Interpret and act upon usability test results to enhance the user experience. Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life. Collaborate on a day-to-day basis with cross-functional teams to ensure design aligns with business goals. Stay Current: Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously improve design processes. Requirements: Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer in an IT environment. A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects. Skills: Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for design implementation. Knowledge of video editing tools like Premier, After effects will be advantage. Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and priorities.
