UI/UX Designer and Wordpress (Elementor) - Remote-Night Shift

About the Role: We are looking for a UI/UX Designer & Web Developer who is proficient in Figma, Divi, and Elementor and has experience in converting Figma designs into Elementor-based websites . This role requires a keen eye for design, a strong understanding of user experience principles, and technical expertise in WordPress-based builders. You will start with specific tasks from day one and scale up/down based on project needs. Key Responsibilities: Design modern, user-friendly, and responsive UI/UX layouts in Figma . Convert Figma designs into fully functional Elementor-based pages with pixel-perfect precision. Build and customize WordPress sites using Elementor and Divi . Optimize web pages for speed, accessibility, and responsiveness across all devices. Implement interactive UI elements and animations to enhance user experience. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to refine design concepts. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and maintain design consistency. Troubleshoot and resolve UI/UX and front-end issues. Stay updated with UI/UX trends, WordPress development, and web design best practices . Required Skills & Experience: Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping. Strong experience in Elementor and Divi for WordPress website building. Ability to convert Figma designs into Elementor-based websites accurately. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript . Experience with WordPress customization, themes, and plugins . Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development. Familiarity with SEO and web performance optimization techniques . Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently. Nice-to-Have: Experience with other page builders (Beaver Builder, Oxygen, Bricks). Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) . Familiarity with CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS) . Understanding of A/B testing and user behavior analytics .
