Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure designs align with business goals and technical constraints. Conduct User Research and Testing: Perform user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to gather insights and iterate on designs. Design Consistency: Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products and platforms. Required Skills Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
