Job Description

Role Overview: As a skilled and motivated RPA Developer with expertise in UiPath, you will be joining our growing automation team at Capgemini. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath. You should have a strong understanding of business processes and automation best practices to ensure efficient and well-structured solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath - Have a sound understanding of Development, SIT, UAT, and Deployment phases covering the entire Application Development Life Cycle - Assess functional and technical feasibility of new processes that need to be automated - Analyze, understand, and document business processes in detail in PDD - Convert requirements to automation-specific design and solutions documents (SDD) - Develop new RPA solutions and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well-structured, maintainable, and easy to understand - Design automation solutions in accordance with standard RPA design principles - Create and document test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases - Support the Operations Teams during the UAT and rollout phases - Support existing processes and implement change requirements as part of a structured change control process - Coordinate with process owners and business to understand the as-is process and design the automation process flow using UiPath - Have extensive development experience with Browser Automation, Windows Automation, Surface Automation, Mainframe, SAP, MAPIEx, MS Excel VBO, Web Services - Experience in VB / C#.NET & knowledge of HTML, SQL, VBO is desired - Knowledge of OCR Technology, Uipath developer or professional certification is an added advantage Qualifications Required: - 2-10 years of experience in RPA development, with a strong focus on UiPath - Proficiency in Browser Automation, Windows Automation, and Surface Automation - Experience with VB / C#.NET, HTML, SQL, VBO - Knowledge of OCR Technology and Uipath developer or professional certification is advantageous Additional Company Details (if applicable): When you choose Capgemini, you are selecting a company that empowers you to shape your career, provides a supportive and inspiring environment with colleagues worldwide, and encourages you to reimagine what is achievable.
