Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate UI/UX Faculty to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design principles, industry tools, and best practices. This role involves teaching, mentoring students, and developing course content to prepare learners for careers in UI/UX design. Roles and Responsibilities Teach UI/UX design courses covering wireframing, prototyping, user research, usability testing, and interaction design. Deliver lectures and hands-on training on design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and other industry-standard software. Develop and update course materials to align with the latest trends and industry standards. Provide mentorship and guidance to students on their design projects and portfolios. Conduct workshops and design challenges to enhance practical learning. Assess student progress through assignments, presentations, and practical exams. Collaborate with industry professionals to integrate real-world case studies and experiences into the curriculum. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, methodologies, and technologies. Desired Candidate Profile 2+ years of industry experience in UI/UX design. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Strong understanding of design thinking, user research, and usability principles. Experience in teaching, mentoring, or conducting workshops (preferred).
