Hiring UI/UX Designer | TechHand Innovations Pvt. Ltd. for a skilled UI/UX Designer to elevate our LMS platforms user experience across web, mobile, and desktop applications. The ideal candidate will craft intuitive, visually appealing designs for our B2B EdTech solution, with a strong focus on complex dashboard interfaces. Key Responsibilities: Design user interfaces for our LMS platform, including web, mobile apps, and desktop software Create comprehensive dashboard designs for admin panels and user management interfaces Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma Design intuitive user flows for features like course creation, enrollment, and content consumption Craft visually appealing layouts for landing pages and course displays Ensure design consistency and accessibility across all platform components Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align designs with technical requirements Conduct user research and incorporate feedback into design iterations Requirements: Proven experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications Strong portfolio demonstrating complex dashboard designs and intuitive user interfaces Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles with the ability to create cohesive design systems and style guides Should have expert proficiency in Figma, and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus Experience designing for EdTech or SaaS platforms is a plus What We Offer: Opportunity to shape the user experience of a comprehensive LMS platform A collaborative work environment with a direct impact on product development Close collaboration with the Founders and leadership team.
