Job Title: UI/UX Designer Shifts: 12 – 9 PM IST (Hybrid) – 5 Days Working Location: Thane Job Summary: We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate user needs and business goals into compelling design solutions. Key Responsibilities User Research & Analysis : Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations, and translate findings into design improvements. Wireframing & Prototyping : Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and user flows. UI Design : Design user interfaces that are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms. Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to implement designs and gather feedback. Usability Testing : Conduct usability testing to identify user pain points and iterate designs based on feedback.
