UI / UX Designer (Crypto & Web 3)

UI/UX DesignerResponsibilities

• Create original designs like logos, images, icons, and graphics.
• Design clean, user-friendly web and mobile interfaces.
• Build wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Add animations, transitions, and micro-interactions for better user experience.
• Work with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to meet project goals.
• Turn complex ideas (like blockchain features in Web3) into simple, easy-to-use designs.
• Test designs with users and improve based on feedback.
• Keep all designs consistent with brand colors, fonts, and style guides.
• Solve design problems like navigation issues or unclear layouts.
• Make sure designs work well on all devices (responsive design).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Design Skills

• Proven 3–5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, ideally with exposure to both Web2 SaaS products and Web3 applications/dApps.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful product design projects (including mobile, web, and preferably blockchain-based platforms).
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Motion & animation design skills using tools like Adobe After Effects, Lottie, Principle (strong advantage).

UX & Research

• Understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles and usability best practices.
• Experience with wireframing tools (Balsamiq, Whimsical, Miro).
• Ability to conduct user research, A/B testing, and data-driven design iterations.

Technical & Web3 Knowledge

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript to communicate with developers (coding skills are a plus but not mandatory).
• Understanding of Web3 ecosystem (blockchain concepts, NFTs, crypto wallets, DeFi platforms) and ability to design for decentralized applications.
• Awareness of performance-optimized design for blockchain-based UIs (loading speeds, wallet integrations).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
