UI / UX Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to bridge the gap between user experience and visual design. In this role, you will translate the strategic UX direction provided by UX Strategist into intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces. Your strong visual design sensibility and attention to detail will ensure that our digital products are both user-friendly and visually engaging. Job Description: Collaborate with fellow UX Designer to understand and implement UX strategies and requirements. Conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions. Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to visualize user interactions. Participate in a user- centred design process, understand AI concepts and be updated with latest trends. Create mock-ups, prototypes and high-fidelity final designs in an AI innovative and fast paced environment. Iterate and refine design concepts based on analytics, build data rich UI for the platform. You will create interactive designs and components, has good knowledge about animating it with high fidelity prototype. Analyze user feedback and data to iterate on design solutions for improved usability. Translate UX wireframes and prototypes into high-fidelity UI designs that are visually appealing and on-brand. Design UI elements such as icons, buttons, AI-rich cards, and widgets that enhance user interaction. Maintain and contribute to design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products. Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs. Stay updated on the latest UI design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team. Ensure that the user experience aligns with business goals and user needs. Should be able to create and maintain strategic documents. Requirement: Has proven 3+ years of UX, experience with a strong portfolio. Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, AI Tools, Adobe Creative Suite, Word doc, Documentation or similar. Is passionate about their creativity and excited about the opportunity to work doing UX for AI baaed business applications and platforms Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Has good domain knowledge, with the understanding of business and shaping up-to-date with industry trends and technology Has proven experience into designing platforms/ applications and be efficient into workflows needed for managing and maintaining design systems Knows how to create and utilise design system, maintain consistency across platforms. Right attitude to learn and work along team, coordinate with fellow teammates.
