As a UI/UX designer, your role will involve designing UI for responsive websites and apps for tablets and mobile devices. You must have experience in mobile design and be proficient in HTML 5. Additionally, you should be adept at using Angular JS, Node.js, and Material Design for UI development. For UX designers, first-hand knowledge of Digital Advertising and dashboard designing with business requirements in mind is essential. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with product management and engineering team to define, adapt and implement innovative solutions for product visual direction and experience. - Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering. - Conceptualize original ideas to simplify complex design roadblocks and enhance user-friendliness. - Effectively communicate interaction and design ideas using prototyping tools such as InVision and After Effects. - Present and defend designs to peers and executive level stakeholders. - Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards. - Create production-ready assets using industry-standard tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch. Qualifications Required: - Strong front-end web development experience with HTML5/CSS3, JQuery, and Bootstrap for UI developers. - Solid understanding of object-oriented programming. - Experience in Angular JS, Chart Libraries, and designing solutions involving API integration. - Familiarity with creating designs for various device sizes and good understanding of aspect ratio, browser compatibility, and image transformations. - Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to write and communicate effectively. - Motivated to work in a startup environment. Please note that experience in Ad agencies, Native Ads, or IAB standards implementation would be a plus for both UX and UI designers. Additionally, experience in integrating with RESTful services and working with JSON or XML data transfer knowledge is preferred.,
