UI Intern

As a UI Developer Intern, you will play a crucial role in creating seamless, visually appealing, and responsive user interfaces. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with designers and developers to convert design mockups and wireframes into responsive front-end code. - Developing clean, maintainable, and efficient UI components using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React/Angular/Vue.js. - Working with RESTful APIs to integrate front-end logic with backend services. - Participating in code reviews, sprint planning, and product discussions to align with UX/UI best practices and business goals. - Debugging, optimizing, and enhancing the performance of front-end applications. - Contributing to the creation and evolution of a scalable design system and reusable UI library. - Assisting in testing, documentation, and deployment support activities. Required Skills & Competencies: - Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles. - Familiarity with at least one modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). - Basic knowledge of version control systems (Git/GitHub). - Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and client-server communication. - A keen eye for design aesthetics, attention to detail, and usability. - Problem-solving mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills (Nice To Have): - Exposure to UI/UX tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. - Experience with CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS) and front-end build tools (Webpack, Vite). - Awareness of accessibility standards (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility practices. - Familiarity with TypeScript and component-based architecture. Education & Eligibility: - Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Available for a full-time 6-month internship commitment.
