Role Overview: You will be responsible for architecting and designing testing solutions, leading the design and architecture of automated testing frameworks using UFT One to ensure high scalability, performance, and maintainability. Additionally, you will develop and implement robust test automation strategies, focusing on functional, regression, and performance testing. Your role will also involve ensuring smooth integration of UFT One frameworks into the overall testing lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines, driving continuous improvement of testing processes. You will provide technical guidance to the testing and development teams, mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills in test automation. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, managing testing timelines, troubleshooting performance bottlenecks, and optimizing automated testing efficiency will also be part of your responsibilities.
