Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with cleints to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction. Manage customer accounts and act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and improve service delivery. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunites for improvement. Develop and implement stratergies to increase customer retention and loyalty. Skills and Qualifications A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred Experience in real estate, property management, or related industries is highly advantageous Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Experince with CRM Software and Microsoft Office Suite ( Excel,Word,Power Point). Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and feedback
