Key Responsibilities: • Installation, commissioning, and servicing of water & wastewater treatment plants, RO systems, STPs, and ETPs. • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance at client sites. • Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and site inspections. • Provide technical support and training to operators/customers. • Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and quality guidelines. • Prepare service reports, maintenance logs, and documentation. • Coordinate with internal teams for technical issue resolution. • Travel to various client sites as required. Qualifications & Skills: • Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical / Electrical / Environmental / Chemical Engineering. • 1–2 years of experience in field service, maintenance, or installation (preferably in water & wastewater industry). • Knowledge of pumps, motors, blowers, PLCs, and water treatment equipment. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Good communication and customer-handling abilities. • Willingness to travel extensively. (TA & DA will be provided) • Having Two Wheeler with DL/LL is must. • Basic computer skills (MS Office, reporting tools).

Key Responsibilities: Lead and guide the CRM team to ensure timely, professional communication with all customers. Oversee end-to-end post-sales processes, including agreements, registration, and handover. Manage customer payment follow-ups, coordinate with finance for receipts and reconciliations. Handle escalated customer queries and ensure prompt resolution. Liaise with sales, legal, and project teams to ensure smooth possession and customer satisfaction. Maintain and analyze MIS reports on collections, handovers, and feedback. Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies. Skills & Competencies: Knowledge of real estate operations and RERA processes. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
