Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end loan processing for two wheeler loans, including disbursement and recovery. Conduct field visits to assess creditworthiness of borrowers and verify collateral valuation. Develop strong relationships with dealerships, customers, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Identify opportunities for cross-selling other financial products such as insurance or personal loans. Desired Candidate Profile 0-2 years of experience in auto finance industry (two wheeler loans preferred). Strong understanding of commercial vehicle loans, car loans, tractor loans, and auto loans. Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with dealerships and customers. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
