Two Storey Design Studio is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Architect with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in architectural design and site execution. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, can juggle multiple projects, and is eager to innovate through design. Responsibilities Develop creative and functional architectural designs based on client briefs. Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed design drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp. Work closely with senior architects and project managers to ensure timely and quality delivery of design solutions. Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution. Visit sites for supervision, measurements, and resolving on-site issues. Create photorealistic 3D visualizations using Vray, Lumion, or Enscape. Prepare design presentations and client pitch decks. Ensure design compliance with building codes, standards, and client expectations. Participate in team reviews and brainstorming sessions for design improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution. 2–3 years of professional experience in architectural design and execution. Proficiency in the following software is a must: AutoCAD SketchUp Photoshop Vray / Lumion / Enscape Strong design sense, visual communication, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication and client-handling skills. Understanding of materials, construction techniques, and architectural standards.
