Company Description Twigaa.ai is an AI-based Travel SaaS platform designed for travel agents, Destination Management Companies (DMCs), hotels, and activity providers engaged in experiential travel. The platform aims to empower users with the latest AI technologies through a SaaS model. It provided an ERP tool with an end-to-end solution for DMCs and currently we are covering mainly East & Southern Africa for their safari tourism. While still in its early stages, Twigaa.ai has already achieved revenue and boasts close to 50 paid customers. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Travel Tech Sales Person. The Travel Tech Sales Person will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, providing exceptional customer service, and communicating the benefits of Twigaa.ai's platform. The role primarily is to take leads form the inside sales person, and then close sales while our customer success will take over from there. Qualifications Technical Sales and Sales skills Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills Ability to work independently and remotely Strong problem-solving skills Experience in the travel or SaaS industries is a plus Should have sold software to East / Southern Africa Experience in selling SaaS software is a huge plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field

As a Customer Success Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for all newly onboarded customers. Your role begins right after sales closes a deal.
