Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented TV Assembly Technician or Production Assembler to join our team in Dwarka, New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronic and mechanical assembly, specifically within the consumer electronics or TV manufacturing sector, and will be responsible for the high-quality, efficient assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of various television models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical and electronic TV components (PCBs, panels, power units, audio, chassis) as per technical drawings and SOPs.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely for accurate component installation and cable routing.
• Conduct in-process and final quality checks, including functional tests for power, display, audio, and connectivity.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and repair minor assembly or component issues with basic soldering as required.
• Maintain a clean, ESD-safe workspace following 5S and PPE standards; assist in tool maintenance and calibration.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering (or equivalent technical background).
• 2 to 6 years of proven experience in electronic product assembly, preferably in TV, consumer electronics, or similar precision manufacturing environments
• Proficiency in hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting tools (multimeter, POST diagnostics, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail, process orientation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: As per industry standards (negotiable based on experience).
