As we expand our in-person programs in Pune, we are hiring tutors who can guide learners through foundational cybersecurity and AI skills.

Role Overview

We are looking for tutors with a strong foundational understanding of cybersecurity and AI who can deliver in-person sessions at our Pune location. This role suits educators, technologists, or graduate students who can communicate technical concepts with precision and clarity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured, in-person tutoring sessions following SnackableEd’s micro-learning methodology.
• Teach core concepts in cybersecurity (digital safety, threat basics, security best practices) and AI (machine learning fundamentals, practical applications, responsible AI).
• Break down complex ideas into simple, concise explanations and exercises.
• Support learners through hands-on activities, Q&A, and guided practice.
• Provide actionable feedback and track learner progress.
• Collaborate with the curriculum team to refine and enhance learning modules.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and learner engagement during all in-person sessions.

Requirements

• Based in Pune with the ability to conduct sessions on-site.
• Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity and/or AI.
• Prior tutoring, mentoring, or teaching experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify technical subjects for beginners.
• Reliable availability for scheduled in-person sessions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Coursework or certifications in cybersecurity or AI.
• Experience in technical education, training, or STEM fields.
• Comfort working with small groups and hands-on learning formats.
