TRUST PRO

The Personal PRO will serve as the face and voice of SG Trust, responsible for managing public communication, promoting trust activities, and ensuring smooth coordination of all programs and events. The role requires a dynamic, creative, and organized individual who can handle media presence, documentation, and on-ground event management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Public Relations & Communication
• Represent SG Trust in all public and community-related events.
• Build and maintain a positive public image of the trust.
• Draft and share press releases, social media updates, and event highlights.

Social Media & Photography

• Manage all official social media handles of SG Trust (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Capture and document trust programs, events, and initiatives through photos and videos.
• Create engaging content and regularly update the online presence of the trust.

Event & Program Coordination

• Plan, organize, and coordinate SG Trust programs, community outreach events, and charity drives.
• Handle event logistics, invitations, and coordination with external partners and volunteers.
• Maintain event reports, participant lists, and follow-up communication.

Administrative Support

• Assist management in correspondence, documentation, and scheduling.
• Maintain records, photographs, and communication archives of all trust activities.

Travel & Field Work

• Willingness to travel to different project locations, event venues, and outreach sites as per trust requirements.

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in photography, videography, and social media management.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel and work flexibly based on event schedules.

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline (Preferably in Communication, Media, PR, or related fields).
• Prior experience in event management, PR, or social media handling is an added advantage.
