As a preferred manufacturing and sourcing partner in India, Tru E Bikes has a global supplier network and expertise in India, Europe, Taiwan, and South-East Asia. The company handles a wide range of manufacturing processes from prototyping to production. Currently, Tru E Bikes collaborates with over 10 customers across Europe and North America. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Control Engineer, based in Ludhiana. The Quality Control Engineer will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes to ensure products meet required standards. Day-to-day tasks include conducting inspections, analyzing data, implementing quality control measures, and working closely with the production and engineering teams to maintain high-quality standards. The role also involves reporting findings, managing quality documentation, and ensuring continuous improvement in quality management processes. Qualifications Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management skills Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration Detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field Relevant experience in manufacturing or a similar industry Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to quality improvement
