We’re looking for an energetic and result-driven Business Development Executive who can help us grow partnerships, increase sales, and expand Trekos.in’s reach to adventure lovers across India. Key Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations with travel agencies, corporates, and educational institutions. Generate leads and convert them into sales for trekking and travel packages. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with B2B and B2C clients. Plan and execute business growth strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs. Work closely with the marketing and operations team to create promotional offers and sales campaigns. Represent Trekos.in at tourism fairs, travel events, and exhibitions (if applicable). Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for management review. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in travel, tourism, or hospitality industry). Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
