• Assist customers with booking issues, cancellations, itinerary concerns, and general travel guidance
• Provide accurate, timely, and professional responses

• Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts (with allowances)
  

• Minimum education: 12th Pass / Graduate / Diploma holder
• Freshers can apply; experience in BPO, travel process, or customer support is an advantage
• Strong written English communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge and typing speed
• Willingness to relocate to Ahmedabad after selection
• Comfortable with rotational and night shifts
