Responsibilities

• Assist customers with flight bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, and general travel inquiries.
• Review itineraries, fare rules, seat availability, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accuracy while handling PNR updates and customer documentation.
• Ensure high-quality support through voice, email, or chat channels.
• Follow company procedures and maintain compliance standards.
  

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of GDS/Amadeus is preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
• Basic computer proficiency and customer service orientation.
