Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Travel Specialist. The Travel Specialist will be responsible for planning and organizing travel arrangements, managing travel itineraries, and ensuring a smooth travel experience for clients. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with customers, providing excellent customer service, addressing travel-related inquiries, and managing both leisure and business travel requirements. Qualifications Experience in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proficiency in managing Business Travel Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Knowledge of travel booking systems and tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or related field Show more Show less
