Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Provide excellent communication skills to resolve customer queries and concerns. Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and chats to sell travel packages. Process bookings for domestic and international tour packages, holiday packages, outbound tours, and hotel reservations. Desired Candidate Profile 1-5 years of experience in travel sales or related field. Strong knowledge of domestic & international destinations, airlines, hotels, visa requirements etc. Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
