Travel Sales Consultant

Travyacht Voyage Travels is a growing travel solutions provider offering customized tour packages, hotel bookings, flight reservations, and premium travel experiences. We focus on delivering exceptional service and memorable journeys for our clients.

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases.
• Generate high-quality leads for travel packages, bookings, and services.
• Identify customer needs and collect accurate information.
• Explain basic travel offerings (tour packages, flights, hotels) to build interest.
• Maintain a daily call log and update lead information in CRM/Excel.
• Follow up with warm leads to improve conversion potential.
• Transfer interested leads to the senior sales/booking team.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for call volume and lead generation.
• Explain domestic & international travel packages, pricing, and itinerary details.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable travel options.
• Maintain customer databases and update call details in CRM.
• Convert leads into confirmed travel bookings.
• Handle customer queries related to flights, hotels, packages, and pricing.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth service delivery.
• Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and performance goals.
• Lead generation and qualification strategies.
• Understanding of travel industry trends and customer needs.
• CRM management and structured communication skills.
• How sales funnels work in the travel industry.
