Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel & Sales Consultant based in Delhi, India. The Travel & Sales Consultant will be responsible for consulting with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, creating and selling customized travel packages, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly. Additionally, the consultant will handle bookings, provide detailed travel advice, and maintain excellent communication with clients throughout their journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Consulting and Customer Service
• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Consulting skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of travel industry trends and destinations
• Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
