About the Role:

Travel Group Leader

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Handling:

   Guide customers throughout the journey and assist elderly travellers.

2. Group Coordination:

   Manage seating, movement, and adherence to schedules.

3. Safety Management:

   Ensure safety rules and travel guidelines are followed.

4. Journey Monitoring:

   Share updates, maintain attendance, and ensure timelines are met.

5. Service Coordination:

   Communicate with transport and accommodation partners.

6. Issue Resolution:

   Address customer concerns or minor operational challenges.

7. Documentation:

   Submit daily updates, photos, and reports.

8. Customer Experience:

   Maintain a friendly, respectful environment for all travellers.

9. Process Adherence:

   Follow standard operating procedures and quality expectations.

10. Team Collaboration:

    Work closely with field and central teams for seamless execution.

Preferred Candidate Profile

1. Travel or Customer Service Experience:

   Prior experience in hospitality, group handling, or tourism preferred.

2. Communication Skills:

   Strong verbal skills to guide and support customers.

3. Patience & Empathy:

   Essential for interacting with senior travellers or large groups.

4. Problem-Solving:

   Ability to handle on-ground situations calmly.

5. Physical Readiness:

   Comfortable managing continuous travel.

6. Documentation:

   Ability to capture updates and use mobile tools.

7. Education:

   12th pass minimum; hospitality/travel diploma preferred.

8. Language Skills:

   Comfortable in regional languages.

9. Team Player:

   Collaborative and respectful work ethic.

10. Customer Orientation:

    Strong service mindset with high empathy.
