Key responsibilities Expense Reporting: Review and approve expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Manage Travel Expense (TE) System: Oversee the administration and maintenance of the TS system, including user management and audit rules. Employee Support: Assist employees with travel-related inquiries and expense submissions, providing ongoing education and training on TE processes and policies. Credit card administration: Liaise with the company credit card provider for new cards, lost or damaged cards and changing limits. Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with employees, vendors, and senior leadership regarding travel and expense matters. Performance Metrics: Meet specified Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Additional accounting tasks determined by managers. Who are we looking for You can communicate in English fluently. Willing to work in different time zones (CET). University education - degree in finance, accounting, or related field. 2-3 years relevant working experience. Working in a customer service role would be preferable. You are professional with strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Advanced level of Microsoft Office (Excel), SAP knowledge is preferable.
