Travel Executive

As a Travel Executive/Agent in our UK-based travel operations team in Mohali, your role will involve handling flight, hotel, and travel booking queries for UK clients. You will need to effectively communicate in English and Punjabi, both verbally and in writing. Additionally, you will assist customers via calls, emails, or chat with travel-related support, manage reservations using Galileo and other travel software, and coordinate with airlines and vendors for booking confirmations or changes. Your goal will be to provide accurate information, maintain customer satisfaction, and meet service standards. Key Responsibilities: - Handle flight, hotel, and travel booking queries for UK clients. - Communicate effectively in English and Punjabi (verbal & written). - Assist customers via calls, emails, or chat with travel-related support. - Manage reservations using Galileo and other travel software. - Coordinate with airlines and vendors for booking confirmations or changes. - Provide accurate information, maintain customer satisfaction, and meet service standards. Qualifications Required: - Freshers with good communication and learning attitude are welcome. - Candidates with experience in travel sales or ticketing will be preferred. - Proficiency in English & Punjabi (must). - Knowledge of Galileo or similar GDS tools is a plus. - Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. - Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
