Duties

• Assist senior management with daily administrative tasks and strategic planning
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes to ensure effective communication across departments
• Oversee guest relations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly
• Manage organisational schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff
• Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility
• Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth operational flow and adherence to organisational policies
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required by senior management
• Monitor industry trends and recommend improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a hospitality or hotel environment is preferred
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant organisational software
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional demeanour with exceptional interpersonal skills
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making skills

Pay: ₹96,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
