Location - Gurugram Process - Travel Process Profile - Travel Support Executive Working - 5 days Shift - Rotational Salary - up to 6 LPA *Both side cab facility* Roles and Responsibilities Handle international ticketing queries via phone calls, emails, and chats. Provide exceptional customer service to resolve passenger issues related to flight bookings, cancellations, and changes. Utilize Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre systems for efficient airline ticketing processes. Process travel documents such as visas, insurance policies, and other documentation requirements. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with passengers using CRM software. Desired Candidate Profile 1-6 years of experience in International BPO or Call Centre environment. Proficiency in GDS (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre) for air ticketing purposes. Strong knowledge of aviation industry practices and regulations. Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively under pressure.
