Job Overview

Nexus Jobs is seeking a Travel Executive for our Jaipur office. This is an entry-level, full-time position, ideal for freshers with 0 to 1 year of experience. The role involves planning travel itineraries, booking travel arrangements, and ensuring excellent customer service. The candidate should possess strong communication skills and a passion for travel.

Qualifications and Skills

  • proficient in creating detailed travel itineraries that cater to clients preferences and needs (Mandatory skill)
  • excellent customer service skills to manage client interactions and ensure customer satisfaction (Mandatory skill)
  • strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members (Mandatory skill)
  • experience or knowledge of travel booking systems to make accurate and efficient bookings
  • competent in problem solving to address any issues that may arise during travel planning
  • attentive to detail to ensure accuracy in travel documents and arrangements
  • familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships and maintaining databases
  • effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Roles and Responsibilities

  • plan and organize travel itineraries according to client requirements and preferences
  • book flights, accommodations, and other travel arrangements while ensuring cost-effectiveness
  • provide clients with travel information, advice, and assistance in a timely manner

  • coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best deals and arrangements
