Travel Coordinator

• Make travel arrangements for employees and clients including airfare, hotel, and transportation bookings
• Research and identify new travel vendors
• Negotiate rates with vendors to ensure cost-effective travel solutions
• Develop and maintain relationships with travel vendors
• Ensure compliance with travel policies and procedures
• Create detailed itineraries for all travel arrangements
• Communicate travel details and changes with employees and clients
• Provide 24/7 support to travelers during their trips
• Maintain accurate travel records and reports
• Assist with other administrative duties as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Travel Coordinator or similar role
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong negotiation skills
• Proficient in travel booking software and tools
• Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
• Flexible schedule to accommodate travelers as needed
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or relevant field preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,204.94 - ₹15,000.00 per month

• Veterinary Colony, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
