Summary:
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Travel Coordinator to manage the end-to-end international pet (dogs and cats) relocation process. The role demands excellent communication, high ownership, and the ability to collaborate across teams, vets, airlines, and pet parents. No silo thinkers. The ideal candidate must be proactive, take initiatives, solve problems quickly, and ensures smooth, stress-free relocations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete relocation workflow: documentation, vet checks, airline bookings, crate prep, customs, and last-mile coordination.
• Act as the primary point of contact for pet parents; provide timely updates and handle queries with clarity and empathy.
• Coordinate with airlines, government bodies, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure compliance with international pet travel rules.
• Track timelines, requirements, and exceptions to avoid delays or errors.
• Maintain accurate records, checklists, and status dashboards.
• Troubleshoot issues on priority; escalate intelligently when needed.
• Ensure every relocation meets Puppiezo’s standards of safety, care, and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple cases at once.
• Problem-solver with a go-getter attitude - no hand-holding required.
• Comfortable collaborating across teams; no silo mindset.
• Ability to work under time-sensitive, dynamic situations.
• Experience in travel, logistics, operations, or customer coordination preferred (pet industry is a bonus).
• Proper understanding of international documentation is an advantage.
• Love for animals is a must. You need to be comfortable around pets.
