Travel Consultant

As a Travel Consultant at our company, your role will involve working closely with clients to create personalized travel experiences tailored to their preferences, budget, and time constraints. Your responsibilities will include: - Consulting with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences - Researching and recommending customized travel packages and itineraries - Organizing and booking all aspects of travel including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and activities - Providing essential travel information and handling unforeseen issues promptly - Promoting and selling travel products and services - Building strong relationships with clients and travel vendors - Staying updated on travel trends and industry news To excel in this role, you should have: - Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role - Extensive knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations - Proficiency in computer reservation systems or specialized travel booking software - Excellent customer service, communication, and presentation skills - Strong sales acumen and ability to meet revenue targets - Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Preferred qualifications include certification from a recognized travel organization, personal international travel experience, and fluency in a second language such as English and Malayalam.
