Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation & Sales:

Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements.

Recommend and sell travel packages tailored to destinations in Asia and Europe.

Itinerary Planning:

Design and customise itineraries, ensuring an enriching and seamless travel experience.

Coordinate flights, accommodations, and other travel-related services for individual and group travellers.

Geographic Expertise:

Utilise in-depth knowledge of Asian and European destinations, including landmarks, cultural highlights, and seasonal attractions, to guide clients effectively.

Provide insights on visa requirements, local customs, and travel tips.

Sales & Relationship Building:

Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting destination packages and travel services.

Build long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and support.

Operational Coordination:

Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and local tour operators to ensure seamless execution of bookings.

Resolve any travel-related issues promptly and professionally.

Skills and Qualifications

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, or related field preferred (but not mandatory).

Experience: Fresher to 2 years of experience in travel consultancy or a related role.

Knowledge:

Strong understanding of Asian and European travel destinations, including popular tourist spots and hidden gems.

Familiarity with travel booking systems and tools is a plus.

Language & Communication:

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English are a must.

Ability to clearly and confidently communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Soft Skills:

Customer-focused approach with the ability to manage diverse client needs.

Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
