Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Dehradun. The Travel Consultant will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as planning and managing travel arrangements, consulting with clients to understand their travel needs, and coordinating reservations and itineraries. They will also provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving travel-related concerns efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to effectively guide clients and manage schedules.
• Strong skills in planning and coordinating Travel Arrangements, including itineraries, flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Expertise in Customer Service with a flair for addressing client needs and providing personalized solutions.
• Experience in managing Reservations efficiently and handling bookings with accuracy.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of travel software or booking platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
