Stipend: ₹2000 - ₹5000 per month (based on skills and performance)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Travel Intern to join our team and support our sales and customer engagement efforts. This internship is ideal for candidates who are enthusiastic about the travel industry and have strong telecalling and package closing skills. You will assist in connecting with potential clients, providing travel package information, and helping close sales to grow our customer base.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote travel packages and offers
• Handle inbound customer inquiries related to bookings and travel packages
• Explain package details, itineraries, and pricing clearly to clients
• Assist in closing travel package sales through effective communication and follow-ups
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth booking and travel arrangements
• Support general administrative tasks related to travel sales

Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication and telecalling skills with a persuasive approach
• Basic understanding of travel packages, tour booking processes, and customer handling
• Ability to handle objections and close sales in a polite and professional manner
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-oriented attitude
• Familiarity with CRM software or willingness to learn
• Prior experience in telecalling/sales is a plus, but not mandatory
• Passion for the travel industry and eagerness to learn
