Travel Consultant

As a Travel Consultant at our company, you will play a crucial role in advising clients, creating personalized travel itineraries, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for them. Your responsibilities will include: - Interacting with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences - Designing and promoting travel packages for both domestic and international destinations - Handling bookings for flights, hotels, activities, transport, and tours - Providing accurate information on travel, visa requirements, and travel advisories - Building and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent service - Staying updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry changes - Managing travel software/tools and ensuring accurate documentation To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Tourism/Travel background preferred) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.) - Ability to work independently and under pressure - Knowledge of GDS/booking platforms is an advantage - Passion for travel and customer service Our company offers a friendly and supportive work environment with opportunities for travel and learning.
