You'll be the first point of contact for guests and the voice of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to all guest inquiries instantly and professionally via WhatsApp, calls, and DMs.
• Convert leads into bookings with speed and precision.
• Understand guest preferences and suggest the right villas.
• Follow up promptly and maintain strong relationships with past guests.
• Coordinate with villa and operations teams to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Meet daily response-time and monthly sales targets.

• Extremely prompt, responsive, and detail-oriented.
• Great communicator with a friendly yet professional tone.
• Confident in handling multiple chats and calls at once.
• Passionate about travel and luxury hospitality.
• Prior experience in travel or sales is a plus.
