We’re building a phygital ecosystem that connects devotees with authentic, seamless, and spiritually enriching experiences. 🎯 Role Overview We are looking for a dedicated and field-savvy Travel Consultant / Agent based in Varanasi who has hands-on experience in organizing Kashi Vishwanath temple visits, rituals, and spiritual tours . This person will act as a bridge between devotees, local temples, travel partners, and our platform — ensuring a smooth, trusted, and memorable experience for our yatris. 🔧 Key Responsibilities Design and manage end-to-end spiritual itineraries for pilgrims (darshan, rituals, stay, transport). Partner with local temples , pandits, transport vendors, hotels, and guides to build a trusted Dharmik Guide Network . Assist and guide yatris throughout their journey, acting as a personal spiritual concierge . Conduct field visits to temples and spiritual sites for partnerships and logistics coordination. Coordinate VIP darshan, pooja bookings, and personalized spiritual experiences . Handle yatri concerns, special needs, and manage real-time support with empathy and devotion. Promote DharmikVibes' services among local partners and ensure service quality. ✅ Required Qualifications & Skills 1–3 years of experience in local spiritual tourism or working with Varanasi travel agencies . Strong understanding of Kashi Vishwanath temple , its rituals, and nearby pilgrimage circuits. Fluent in Hindi and basic English ; additional regional language is a plus. Good negotiation and relationship-building skills with temple authorities and travel vendors . Willingness to travel across the city and sometimes accompany yatris on tours.
