We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Travel Business Development Manager to oversee and manage day-to-day sales and operations within the travel industry. This role will be responsible for creating and executing business strategies, identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving the growth of our travel business, particularly focusing on Destination Management Company (DMC) services. Key Responsibilities:Drive the growth of the business by developing new business opportunities and maintaining existing relationships.Identify and establish strategic partnerships to expand the company's reach in the travel industry, particularly with travel companies.Lead efforts in planning, executing, and optimizing sales strategies for clients.Manage and track business performance through sales data analysis and reporting.Follow up on Pre and Post MICE Group reports to ensure successful execution and customer satisfaction.Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the DMC and travel sectors.Communicate effectively with Travel agents, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while delivering excellent customer service.Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, key industry players, and DMCs.Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and conferences to generate new business opportunities. Qualifications:Focused, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve business development success.Strong understanding of the travel industry, DMC services, and market trends in Thailand.Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or business development in the travel industry.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Experience in business development and account management in the travel or hospitality industry is highly preferred.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects.Proven track record of successfully developing and executing business strategies.Ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to exceed expectations.Knowledge of MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) sales, corporate client management, and DMC operations is a plus.
