Role Overview: Touracle, formerly known as Kerala Holiday Mart, is seeking a full-time Travel Advisor based in Kochi. As a Travel Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to create personalized travel arrangements, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure client satisfaction. You will work closely with clients to design unique itineraries and experiences tailored to their preferences. Key Responsibilities: - Craft personalized travel arrangements for clients - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction - Create and manage detailed travel itineraries - Handle bookings and reservations for clients - Collaborate with clients to deliver unique travel experiences - Interact effectively with team members and clients - Utilize strong organizational and problem-solving skills Qualifications: - Proficient in Customer Service with a strong focus on Customer Satisfaction - Excellent Communication skills for client and team interactions - Experience in Travel Arrangements, including itinerary planning and booking - Familiarity with Travel Agency operations and processes - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities - Passion for travel and knowledge of destinations, especially South India and the Andaman Islands - Willingness to work on-site in Kochi and deliver high-quality services - Prior experience in the travel industry is advantageous,
