Profile Description: We are looking for a full-time Travel Advisor (Outbound Sales) - WFO. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for selling tour packages, both domestic and international to senior Citizens . You will onboard new customers , provide quotes, and create itineraries. Your focus will be on customer satisfaction and maximizing sales. EXPERIENCE Duties you'll be entrusted with: Sales & Client Development: Identify and secure new clients, focusing on seniors and other key customer segments. Conduct outbound sales to convert leads into bookings and maintain relationships for repeat business. Tour Planning & Itinerary Creation: Plan and sell customized domestic and international tour packages. Develop detailed itineraries, coordinating with suppliers for the best deals. Quotation & Proposals: Prepare and present competitive quotes, tailoring travel packages to client preferences and budgets. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer support before, during, and after travel, handling inquiries, documentation, and emergencies. Sales Targets & Reporting: Achieve sales targets and report on performance, utilizing CRM tools for client management. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on travel trends and destinations, improving product knowledge continuously. Collaboration: Work with the team to share insights and support marketing and sales strategies. Expectations from you: Basic Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Extensive knowledge of domestic and international travel packages, cruises, flights, hotels, and travel insurance. Ability to provide quotations, create itineraries, and manage and follow up on bookings. Experience as a travel agent, travel consultant, or similar role Experience in planning and motivating clients to buy travel services Excellent communication skills Must be able to work well in a team environment and be able to multitask. Bachelor's degree in Tourism or a related field preferred. Ability to work under tight deadlines.
