The Transport Supervisor will oversee and manage daily transportation operations, ensuring the timely and safe movement of vehicles, goods, and staff. The role involves monitoring drivers, maintaining vehicles, planning routes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and transport regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate transport staff, including drivers and helpers.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor vehicle routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods/materials.
• Monitor fuel usage, mileage, and maintenance schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, vehicle logs, and driver duty rosters.
• Check and ensure vehicles comply with RTO regulations, insurance, and fitness certificates.
• Handle driver attendance, discipline, and performance.
• Respond to breakdowns, accidents, or emergencies and arrange alternate solutions.
• Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed at all times.
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and management for smooth operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
