Job Description

BOOKING - -Responsibility to accept the parcel only after determining the size, quantity and price of the parcel brought by the customer. -Makes sure booking information is input correctly into the system. -Must ensure an efficient and professional service on all customer communication channels. -Helps to meet monthly revenue targets. DELIVERY - -Responsible for safely unloading the material from the vehicles coming for unloading and placing it as per the location. -Unloading the goods, informing the customer about the arrival of the goods through phone/call and writing comments on LR. -Maintains vehicle requirements like location for door to door delivery as per customer demand. -Must ensure goods are pickup and delivered on time to the customer. -Responsible for goods safety i.e. goods not be shorted nor damage. -Responsible for verifying customer ID before deliver the goods. -Responsible for collecting the payment from the customer after delivered the goods. -Responsible for getting signature & Stamp on LR copy from the customer after delivering the goods. -·Must ensure an efficient and professional service provided to the customer. -Responsible for daily online (QR Code/UPI/NEFT/RTGS) and cash payment statement reconciliation and addition to the system.
